1. Construction of factory shed at ordinance factory Medak district in the year 1983-84, costing Rs. 1.5 Crores.
2. Construction of civil works for D.R.D.O for missile project at Srisailam road,
Hyderabad in the year 1985-88, costing Rs. 5 Crores.
3. Construction of 72 No. officer's residential quarters at Arakonam for Naval Base in the year 1988-90, costing Rs. 1.5 Crores.
4. Construction of Residential Apartments to D.R.D.O. at Secendrabad in the year
1991-92, costing Rs. 2 Crpres.
5. Construction of commercial complex at Abids, Hyderabad for Best and Crompton
in the year 1991-92.
6. Construction of 100 No. Residential villas for AFNHB (Air force Navel Housing Board) at Kukatpally Hyderabad in the year 1991-92, costing 7 Crores.
7. Construction of residential officer's quarters/building/compund wall to D.R.D.O. at Hunsaur, remote forest in the year 1992-94, costing Rs. 4.7 Crores.
8. Construction of Test tract of ordinance factory at Avaid, Chennai, in the year 1985-88, costing Rs. 3.5 Crores.
9. Construction of roads, bridges and enabling works for Navel Academy at Kannur,
Kerala, in the year 2001-2003.
The above works were executed in the various capacities on behalf of
Saravana Construction Pvt. Ltd. to various departments.

In the year 1994, Mr. Reddy, CEO started a new partnership firm under the name of
R.S. Builders and Developers with Mr. K.J. Reddy. The firm has completed following works:

1. In the year 1994, the firm constructed budhist Temple at Gandhinagar, Bangalore,
costing 1.25 Crores.
2. In the year 1995, the firm has completed Hockey stadium in Madras for SAF
games in record time.
3. In the year 1997-98, the firm has completed international Airport at Cochin
costing Rs. 23 Crores.
4. In the year 1997-98, the firm has completed 21 No. residential apartments at Sanjayanagar, Bangalore, under the name of Varun Apartments.
5. In the year 1997-98, the firm has completed Ferllale Central Jail for Government of Karnataka at Konena Agrahara, Hosur road, Bangalore.
6. Construction of 2 floors above the Canara Bank building at 2nd cross, Chamarajpet, Bangalore, in the year 1995
